I was going back to Orb City for the new feature of field stars, when I noticed something. I used Thunder Beam on Bomb Man, and then he finished himself off with a Danger Bomb. Afterwards I didn't see the next hp bar. I used the Buster Shot, and then it said I beat him again, and I got the downloads and XP. It became regular after that though.
