Laptop Visuals

I know this is not a bug but the visuals on the Laptop are horrible.
I don't know how to get photographic evidence
But sprite for characters like mega man look half awake and half asleep (Base 2)

What laptop are you using? Because I am also playing on a laptop and everything is fine for me.

Open Broadcaster Software is great for video. Lightshot is great for images. Screen2Gif is great for gifs. Imgur is a great image hosting website. Youtube is a great video hosting site.
