Also uh, sorry for not updating this thread in forever. I've been working on this for ages, but apart from the RPG Maker project's code, I have little to show for it besides this old screenshot:



I'll whip up a playable demo someday.

Let's see... AHA! If you're planning on placing the Evil Energy Robot (Trio) in there, maybe his base stat total should be 666. Also, the starters should be Megaman, Protoman, and Bass.

Okay, this is interesting, but first before all else, you need to have a engine. I'd recommend RPG Maker using the fanmade pokemon engine "Pokemon Essentials" for this type of thing. Using that engine you can import sprites, movesets, and all of that into your game. If you don't have a version of RPG Maker, then you may want to learn how Game Maker works. Games like Undertale have been made in it, and really is not a very complex game programming wise, for the most part.

this idea sounds cool, but you can make it like a online game, with you can fight against other players
