This is where the 3rd installment of the PMMCT took place, where the greatest Mega Man Character ever [at least, for now], was decided on by you, the people of Prototype.
There was 96 characters this time around, too.
Here's how it went down: In each battle, I posted pairs of characters, and the people of Prototype voted for their favorite character in each pair. Not who they thought would WIN that fight, but, which one they liked more than the other. VOTERS HAD TO HAVE VOTED IN ALL BATTLES THAT TOOK PLACE IN THAT ROUND, OR THEIR ENTIRE VOTE WAS NULL AND VOID.
Voters could edit their votes as much as they wanted, but, after 11:59 PM, all votes were final. The winners of each battle advanced to the next round. In the case of any ties, your truly made the deciding vote, like I always did, and, of course, I barred myself from voting, otherwise, like I always did.
The 12 characters that won their divisions faced off against each other in the Grand Division, the final Division of the Tournament, where they did battle against each other. The winner of THAT Division won the title of "Greatest MM Character Of All Time [at least, for now]".

Wily because he's the main villain of the series and because I never played legends.
Bass.EXE due to the fact that appears in EVERY BN GAME as a superboss, and is a major character in BN2 and BN3. Duo only appears in 1 game.
Metal Man, and NOT because of the SUPER AWESOME BLADES OF DOOM AND DEATH AND DESTRUCTION LOLZ. I am talking about his stage and how factory levels are rarely done in Classic. The only others I recall were Dust, Junk, and Grenade.
Robot Dracu- I mean, Shade Man. He presumably beats the crap out of Bass, has a castle with a neat easter egg, has an attack where he sucks your oil, an attack where he temporarily turns you to stone, and can also fly. It is not by any stretch to call Ring Man cool, but I will personally pay tribute to the Noise Crusher himself. Guy's boomerangs are as hard to use as they are broken in Rockman 4 MI. WHAT IS A RINGMAN, ANYHOW!? A MISERABLE LITTLE PILE OF CURCUITS, THAT'S WHAT!

Division 11, Round 1 [Over at 11:59 PM, EST, 4/19/2017]: Albert Wily vs. Mega Man Volnutt (8-0) Bass.exe vs. Duo (4-4) Metal Man vs. Charge Man (7-1) Ring Man vs. Shade Man (5-3)
Well, it goes like this....
It's like this, I hate the entirety of Mega Man Legends more than I hate Wily. Albert Wily. Bass.exe might have a backstory, but, due to all the times he ends up having "memory problems" both in the Story+ of MMBN3, and in the story+'es of later games in the BN series, I can't choose him over someone I actually like, such as Duo. CHARGE MAN. I will never condone Metal Blade. Or anyone who gives them. I like Ring Man, don't get me wrong, but, I like Shade Man more; he's one of the few MM7 RM's that I like, and is one of my all time favorite RMs; a robot with both a vampiric attack AND a sonicboom attack that bounces off walls? Yes, please.

Wily (I haven't played legends) Bass.exe (the entire mmbn series fleshes out his character, backstory, motivation, and abilities. He's one of my favorite netnavis in the series) Metal Man (even if I like trainz) Shade Man (vampirez)
Albert Wily. Obviously. Ring Man. Everything I already said, plus, despite the fact I voted for him last round, I will admit that Metal Man gets too much spotlight.
Dr. Wily: As far as a robot from Mega Man 8 goes, I actually really like Duo. And if you ask me, I think more robots certainly need cool-looking auras like Duo does. However, Wily's....He's kinda one of the shining stars of the Classic series. His mark on the series is literally the series, and frankly, Duo's too underutilized to be considered for outclassing Wily.
Ring Man: I always thought something was lacking about Metal Man's design. I can't care less for Metal Man being overrated because that doesn't really affect the character for me; he's just lacking something in design.
Willy even if Ringman have a good design (he have ?) Willy have a cool design as evil Eisntein , have character and have one of the best nicknames Waahwee
