This is where the 3rd installment of the PMMCT took place, where the greatest Mega Man Character ever [at least, for now], was decided on by you, the people of Prototype.
There was 96 characters this time around, too.
Here's how it went down: In each battle, I posted pairs of characters, and the people of Prototype voted for their favorite character in each pair. Not who they thought would WIN that fight, but, which one they liked more than the other. VOTERS HAD TO HAVE VOTED IN ALL BATTLES THAT TOOK PLACE IN THAT ROUND, OR THEIR ENTIRE VOTE WAS NULL AND VOID.
Voters could edit their votes as much as they wanted, but, after 11:59 PM, all votes were final. The winners of each battle advanced to the next round. In the case of any ties, your truly made the deciding vote, like I always did, and, of course, I barred myself from voting, otherwise, like I always did.
The 12 characters that won their divisions faced off against each other in the Grand Division, the final Division of the Tournament, where they did battle against each other. The winner of THAT Division won the title of "Greatest MM Character Of All Time [at least, for now]".
If there are any questions, please post them either in here, PM me here on Prototype, or look for me in the Prototype Chat; I'm usually there every day.

Double--Both characters that served to do nothing for their respective series beyond basic plot heel turns, but at least Double serves to be a somewhat difficult fight and had more of a lasting impact for me.
King--I really like Pharaoh Man's design and fight, but King led an interesting story dynamic with the idea of developing robot individuality, even it was just another Wily ploy. Little too Sigma-y with the robotic rights stuff, but King also has the "Is he alive or isn't he alive" factor that's not really acknowledged as much as it should be, official material or otherwise.
Napalm Man--A lot of the Mega Man 1 designs, in retrospect, suffer from being bland and Fire Man's one of these. He's not bad per se, but Napalm's overall more appealing to me.
Tango--I....don't really like Astro Man beyond his weapon so the lame cat takes this one.
Quinty, my boy! You've hit the big leagues now! Ura's votin' fer ya! Pharaoh Man, at least I could reach him... Napalm Man, I am slightly biased to MM5 Tango doesn't get enough love. Voting for him.

Division 4, Round 1 Quint vs. Double (4-4) King vs. Pharaoh Man (4-4) Fire Man vs. Napalm Man (5-3) Astro Man vs. Tango (5-3)
OOOOH! TWO TIES! I do believe that's a 1st!
DOUBLE. Quint sucks in every conceivable way. Period. Accept it. Not played "& Bass", but, from what I've read about King on MMKB, especially what he did to Burner Man [complain about robots' rights, then not give one of your own creations any], There's only one choice for me; Definitely Pharaoh Man. NAPALM MAN, you so-and-so's! Mega Man Powered Up Fire Man ain't my cup of tea, anyway. Also, I'm kinda partial to tanks. ASTRO CRUSH! Plus, it's a freaking cat. C'mon.
Division 4, Round 1: Quint vs. Double (5-4) King vs. Pharaoh Man (5-4) Fire Man vs. Napalm Man (5-4) Astro Man vs. Tango (6-3)
There we go. So, here's how Round 2 lines up:
Division 4, Round 2 [ends 11:59 PM on 3/28/17]: Double vs. Pharaoh Man Fire Man vs. Astro Man

Pharaoh Man. Double vs Quint is one thing... Astro Man. I'm convinced that I would've loved him more than Fire Man if he made it into the Archie Comics. *sniffle*
Between the two, Astro Man is really only known for his weapon...Pharaoh Man, meanwhile, actually is fairly challenging as an opponent. So yeah, my vote goes to Cossack's bot, Pharaoh Man.
