is there somewhere these mixed tracks could be downloaded from and if there isn't, could such a place be made? cause i rather like the idea of having different robot master themes mixed like this and it'd be nice to listen to them without having to visit the site every time.

they're all on youtube, they're all remixed by the one and only TheLegendOfRenegade from Youtube.
We might be replacing Renegades music soon,at least as the default.It will still be available but the default will be mm7 soundfonts probably. Also we might add the original themes
well, i checked out Renegade's channel the other day and his remixes are nice but what i was talking about was more along the lines of how the star missions tend to have 2 masters themes mixed together as one track.
i didn't see much of that on his youtube channel. mainly just the genesis remixes which, while good, weren't what i was after.
like, the fight i'm in while typing this is a cutter/nature mission and has snake man's theme blended with spike man's theme. (or so i assume given the field is a mix of those 2) and iirc there's also a few rare easter egg tracks hidden in the incredibly long list of star mission combo possibilities too.
That's something you'd have to take up with MegaBossMan or Adrian Marceau .
